The point on "When you are setting expectations, focus on outcomes, not the steps to get there", is a good tip for raid leadership too. Like, I'll say 'healers, we need the Gripped guy to stay up, so be sure of that' and let them work it out, or say simpler example 'the little guy has to be kept stunned', and the dps will self-organise.
