was just looking over this again. The point on &quot;When you are setting expectations, focus on outcomes, not the steps to get there&quot;, is a good tip for raid leadership too.

Like, I&#039;ll say &#039;healers, we need the Gripped guy to stay up, so be sure of that&#039; and let them work it out, or say simpler example &#039;the little guy has to be kept stunned&#039;, and the dps will self-organise.</description>
